Genuine polaroids (well… using impossible project film) of Rachel and Steph at the shoot for the latest Carnival Poster. I’m not very happy with the quality of the film and am thinking of getting a fuji instax camera for this kind of thing.

Today I developed my own negatives in my bathroom after having bought a Holga and medium format film. I took this snapshot of my nieces outside our houses and after I’d taken the shot Leila, my youngest niece, came around to look at the LCD display on the back of the camera only to find there wasn’t one. This is the first time in many years where I’ve shot on film and the first time I’ve shot medium format and developed my own negatives. I want to do more now!
Shot with a Holga using Ilford HP5+ 400 black and white film.

This photograph is of me. I don’t know how old I am in it but at a guess I’d say 10 or 11. It was taken before the age of digital. I scanned the negative using my dad’s old scanner.
